Application Process:
Please find our accreditation application located in the upper left hand corner. In order to be evaluated for accreditation, please download the form and completely fill out all question. Once you have completed the application, please email it to: [email protected].
Once we receive your application, we will imminently move into "rapped processing mode". If your application is complete (without missing information), we're able to verify all of your institute's information, and you meet all of our criteria, you will receive a letter of acceptance.
Along with your letter of acceptance, you will receive an invoice in the amount of $749.00.This is a one time initial membership and processing fee, however, you will receive an annual invoice in the amount of $99.00 in order to maintain your accreditation status with ACA.
In order to receive your certificate of accreditation and complete membership, you must remit payment within 48 hours of approval. If your organization is unable to remit payment within the allotted time, our system will filter out your application and you must reapply at a more convenient time for your organization.
Assuming that our evaluation process will go smoothly, this entire process will take no more than two days in most cases. In addition, there is no need to wait for your accreditation certificate, it will be emailed to you on the same day that you are approved and paid in full, via PDF. Should you wish to display your certificate it in your admission's office, all you have to do is print and frame it. For your convenience, you may also post it directly to your website.
All the world will see and know that your school is backed by an American board of graduates & ministers who have band together with ACA, to ensure quality education for your Christian based institutes.
ACA will maintain your records on an annual bases, and validate your accreditation to whomever may inquire.
PRIVACY NOTICE
This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by ACA. It will notify you of the following:
1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the web site, on or offline, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing:
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site, on or offline. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, website updates which may display a list of all who are certified by ACA, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
